The University of Manchester inviting application for Equity and Merit Scholarship from Bangladeshi students for the session 2010/2011. This scholarship will be give only at graduate and post graduate level.
Eligibility
1. Be a citizen of Bangladesh and have not previously studied or worked abroad.
2. Be aged below 35 years at the time of application.
3. Have a masters degree from a public university with a minimum overall score of 70% for science and engineering subjects and 55% for arts and social sciences. Candidates who have studied for either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at a private university are not eligible to apply.
4. Have an overall IELTS score of 6.5
5. Be committed to return home and able to demonstrate potential to make positive impact on the future of Bangladesh
6. Have a clear idea how studying in the UK would benefit both his/her career and country
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarships will cover full tuition fees,return airfares and living expenses.
